Facegroovin' trainings
Fg' is an innovative, effective and safe method of working with facial muscles and the body that nurtures it from within, reaching far beyond the skin layer to the fascia and muscles. It goes far beyond the basic techniques of manual work with the face, starting from the ground up, that is, working with the upper part of the spine, where it all begins. This is the only way to successfully diagnose clients based on their individual needs and to work with them in order to achieve long-term results. Facegroovin' is all about pain relief. It is a method that focuses on restoring muscle balance to the face through various massage techniques, proper posture and exercise routines.
For massage therapists and beauticians, it's a chance to expand their portfolio with a new form of natural skin-firming treatment. For barbers, it's a chance to implement an instant massage program to accompany traditional treatments, or the opportunity to create a separate, hour-long and full facial massage for men, with a special focus on the jaw muscles, resulting in instant relaxation and the overall feeling of relief in the head. For makeup artists, it's an opportunity to learn a new skill of an instant, banquet-style facelift massage just before applying makeup. For fitness instructors it's an excellent 10-15 minute exercise and facial muscles self-massage program that complements and diversifies conventional body workouts.
